The month of September every year is celebrated as the Rashtriya Poshan Maah or the National Nutrition Month across the country. The Ministry of Rural Development (M/oRD) is leveraging this occasion to intensively disseminate key messages to all intended beneficiaries on positive nutritional behaviours and practices the aim is to foster nutritional understanding across the country.

organised seminars by all the classes on the topic MILLETS Under the guidelines of
NATIONAL NUTRITIONAL MONTH
Students of 3rd year and 2nd prof of SKSS AMC made delicious delicacies using only millets, which was a healthy and mouth-watering delight .
Students made Raagi halwa and "Air fried Buckwheat millet Manchurians for everyone to devour their journey through the seminar.
All of this would not have been possible without the encouragement of our principal, mam Dr. Inderpal Kaur .

In association with the Department of Rasshastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, Dr. Praveen Guleria & Dr. Geetika Kadwalia, Students of BAMS 2nd Prof. has made Ayurvedic Oro-dental care products, which are "SKSS Lal Dant Manjan" and "Mukhshodhak Ark," working as Gandusha. In this project, Ayurvedic herbs were selected as per current season, i.e., Sharad Ritu (Early winters), and according to Dincharya (Day Regime).
