Rules For Admission

Age:- The candidates must have compieted the age of 17 years on or before 1st January, 2018 i.e. he/she should have born on or before 31st December 2001.

Eligibility:- For admission to BAMS course, the rules laid down by the Concerned Authorities (Guru Ravidas Ayurved University Hoshiarpur Punjab, NCISM (Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India) ncismindia.org, ayush.gov.in

Submission of Application

The candidates will submit the duly filled application form enclosed in the prospectus.

Admission

University shall organize admission timings and process.

Medical Fitness

Selected candidates will have to apper before the medical board of the college for medical fitness, before admission after paying the medical fee Rs.1000/-.

Eligibility for NRI Candidates

The candidates against NRI seats in Ayurvedic Colleges will be admitted on merit determined on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying equivalent to 10+2 examination of PSEB/CBSE/ICSE in Physics,Chemistry ,Biology and English (PCBE) taken together .The equivalence,merit and eligibility of the candidates will be determined by the Guru Ravidas Ayurved University Punjab,Hoshiarpur, who will issue eligibility certificate to each such candidate.They are not required to take the entrance test. (or as Decided by the Concerned Authorities)

Admission Fee

• Tuition fee will be charged at time of counseling as fixed by the university
• The fee will be payable on annual basis. The student will give a bond/bank guarantee that he will be liable to pay the balance fee for the whole of the course if he/she leaves the course in midstream.
• The college fee will be paid before 30th june every year.
• In case of late fee Rs.100/- per day will be charged as fine till the day fee is deposited alongwith extra Rs.1000/- as re-admission fee as the name will be struck off after 30th of june.

A bank guarantee will be must if any candidate wants to pay the fees in installments.

Declaration by the candidates

Each candidate and the parents shall submit a sworn declaration that the candidate has not passed the qualifying examination from more than one Board/Univesity/any other examining body.

CUT OFF Date for Admission

The cut off date of admission will be as per instructions/guidelines of concerned authorities.
