The event has a lecture on meditation, breathing exercise, chanting, sounds of meditation, isha kriya, Yoga Nidra followed by Shanti Path. The event was conducted by Dr. Sudeep Kaur (HOD & Reader) and Dr. Mehak Walia (Lecturer).
